Looking for an antidote to the midwinter doldrums or a unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Introducing Date Night Fondue Dinner hosted by Fromagerie and 1400 Food Lab! Join us for an evening of bubbly, soul-warming, cheesy goodness served in the Swiss tradition.
On the menu:
- Gruyère Fondue–Classic fondue of the buttery, nutty alpine cheese, white wine, kirsch, garlic, and nutmeg
- Stilton Fonduta–Blue cheese fondue thickened with eggs and cream, finished with a pinch of cayenne pepper
- Raclette–Swiss raclette sliced from the wheel for your personal melting pleasure using tabletop raclette melters
- Freshly-baked French baguettes and artisan breads
- Selection of meat, vegetable and fruit accompaniments for dipping, including beef tenderloin, cured salami and Serrano ham, sautéed mushrooms, petite Yukon gold potatoes, cornichon, crudité, apples, pears, and strawberries
- Belgian Chocolate Fondue: End the evening sweetly and decadently with a silky fondue made from fine Belgian chocolate, heavy cream, and brandy
- Choice of specially-paired red, white or sparkling wine or premium imported beer (2 glasses per person)
